Spaces Reservable by Faculty: The Commons includes some spaces reservable by faculty.
- The Seminar Room seats 35 and includes a conference table, projection system, wall-sized whiteboard, up to 20 PC laptops and recording equipment. Faculty can reserve the room for occasional class use. (Regular classes are rarely scheduled.)
- The Vitale Digital Media Lab hosts class sessions exploring new technologies, web design, podcasting, video editing and animation.
- Special policies apply to these rooms. To reserve a room, request a training session or schedule a tour, please use the WIC Request Form.

The Library Support for Faculty site describes Library services, programs and resources that support teaching and research at Penn.
Course Tools @ Penn includes three sections: Social Science Data Analysis Tools, Citing Sources and Writing a Research Paper
The Forums for Teaching and Learning provided an opportunity for showcasing and collaboration. Forum archives from 2005 and 2004 include video clips of faculty presentations.
The Weigle Information Commons hosts workshops for faculty and instructors.
Faculty Advisory Council
Dr. Peter Decherney, Assistant Professor of Cinema Studies and English, heads the Weigle Information Commons Faculty Advisory Group. Faculty who are interested in greater involvement can send email to the Advisory Group which is expected to meet twice each semester.
