Thinking Creatively about Video Assignments - A Conversation with Penn Faculty

This video selection released in September 2008 explores assignment design, assessment, project structure and other pedagogical aspects of student-created movies as class assignments. It will be adapted into a MERLOT ELIXR faculty development theme module in 2009.

Mashup Video Contests

The Weigle Information Commons hosts annual mashup video contests that encourage undergraduates to experiment with creating videos.

Ryan Leonard, winner of the 2007 Mashup Contest, has created public health videos including this call for immunization showcased in a February 6, 2009 article in the Philadelphia Inquirer.
