| What is a clicker anyway? The Weigle Information Commons has uses the Turning Point clicker pictured at right. The receiver plugs into a USB port. Each student picks up a clicker at the start of class. The professor asks the class a multiple choice question, often using a PowerPoint slide. Each student clicks their answer. The clicker software compiles and graphs the class response instantly. Countdown timers and correct answer mark keep lessons fast-paced. |
