Time and Project Management: The Weingarten Learning Resources Center, a department of the Vice Provost for University Life Division, provides walk-in assistance in Room 125 with project planning, reading, study strategies and time management. Walk-in hours are:

Geographic Information Systems (GIS): Walk-in assistance with GIS software is provided by Krista Heinlen. Please check at WIC Desk for location details. Please email library@pobox.upenn.edu to request an appointment.

Help is available with: troubleshooting ArcView software including ArcMap and ArcCatalog; file and document management; external data integration; both vector and raster GIS; cartographic concepts; and creation of simple base maps and displays of class project data or information.
Tech Trouble-shooting: Need computer help now? The Vitale Digital Media Lab provides assistance with multimedia, sound, graphics and video projects on the Macintosh platform during open lab hours.
