Staff Bios


Lindsey Martin
Lindsey has completed her MFA in Film and Media Arts at Temple University and her BFA in Film and Photography from Virginia Commonwealth University. She has taught various forms of film and video at both the University of the Arts and Temple. When she is not at WIC, Lindsey makes videos using animation, hybrid narrative structures, home movies, found audio recordings and uses non-actors and puppets as performers. Her work has screened nationally and internationally.

Marie Jaquish
Marie is currently a student at Drexel's iSchool, working towards a dual Masters in Library and Information Science/Information Systems. Besides working at WIC, she also is the ScholarlyCommons Support intern at Van Pelt-Dietrich. While now studying ultramodern technologies and trends, Marie also has more archaic interests, previously earning a B.A. in Ancient Greek/Latin from Ohio Wesleyan University.

Xu Li
Xu graduated from Wuhan University in China with a B.A. in English Language and Literature and is now pursuing a Masters in Intercultural Communication at University of Pennsylvania. Before joining WIC, she has worked at Harvard Center Shanghai and Greenfield Intercultural Center at Penn.

Vickie Marre
Vickie recently completed her M.A. in English and Comparative Literature at Columbia University and is now pursuing a Masters in Library and Information Science at Drexel's iSchool. Before beginning graduate work, Vickie held positions in academic libraries both at Cornell University as an undergraduate and post-college at Delaware County Community College. While her literary studies centered around the 19th century, she is currently focused on 21st-century trends in scholarly technology, especially in the Digital Humanities field.

Yuting Wang
Yuting graduated from Shanghai International Studies University in China with a B.S in Educational Technology and is currently pursuing a Masters degree in TESOL (Teachers of English to Speakers of Other Languages) at University of Pennsylvania. Before joining WIC, she worked at Education First Ltd.
