Class of 1968 Seminar Room
The Seminar Room is Rm 124 inside the Weigle Information Commons. Enter Van Pelt Dietrich Library Center and head left into the Weigle Information Commons. Walk past the desk, to enter through a glass door on your right between a painting and elevators. You can look up availability and request reservations online.
The room includes:
- Seating for 35
- Multimedia projection system with CD/DVD player
- Wall-sized dry-erase whiteboard
- 20 Lenovo Thinkpad laptop computers
- 20 Macbook Pro laptop computers
- Video Camera
- External Snowball microphone for podcasting
- 35 Turning Point student response system (SRS) "clickers"
Faculty Reservations: We welcome faculty to use the seminar room with their classes in collaboration with the library and our program partners. To teach in this room or arrange for us to provide training for your class, please complete our online form. The seminar room is designed as a technology-intensive instructional space. Patrons searching for general meeting space should contact Aleta Arthurs at 215-898-1463 about rooms in the Van Pelt Dietrich Library Center.
