BYOG: Bring your own Gadget and Lunch! John MacDermott from SAS Computing plans to bring a time-lapse camera. WIC staff will bring, from our equipment loan collection, a DLSR camera, a Wacom tablet and a new Zoom audio recorder. Bring along something fun to share. iPads in the Classroom: iPads can enable classroom activities in new and creative ways. Students can use iPads to take notes, share ideas, participate in polls, capture video and audio and access

Qwizdom: Qwizdom is one of the new audience response options we learned about at Educause. Vendor presentations may include sales-related information. Tim Sheehan from Qwizdom will present this demo. Tim writes: Whether delivering a presentation, teaching a new lesson, conducting a survey, or administering an exam, Qwizdom can help! Qwizdom software and remotes allow everyone in the room to participate and provide instant feedback to the professor. |
